Fresh, made-to-order salads

1. Tabouli Salad

A traditional favourite; a mix of cucumber, tomato, onion, parsely, crushed wheat, and chickpeas, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice

2. Mediterranean Garden Salad

Cucumber, tomato, onion, parsely, olive oil, and lemon juice

3. Sweet Mustard Salad

Crisp lettuce and walnuts tossed with a tart honey mustard dressing

4. Evergreen Salad

A mix of leafy greens, spinach, baby lettuce, endive, radionics, topped with walnuts and a red wine vinaigrette  

5. Red Goad Salad

Creamy feta, tomato, sliced red onion, green and kalamata olives

6. Morrocan Carrots

Steamed carrots and chickpeas, dressed with dill and a minty-hot vinaigrette

Kalamata a green olives, dill pickles, and spicy banana peppers

Cold and refreshing cubes of cucumber with fresh dill,  mint, and garlic in a scrumptious yogurt

Our very own creation! A tastefully spicy blend of banana pepper, parsely, tomato, onion, celery, and green pepper to excite the palate
